MKDC 12th GenerationWe are excited to announce that MKDC is now recruitment-based. We no longer hold open auditions. Instead, we are focusing on nurturing and selecting talent directly from MKDC Academy.
Train with Us at MKDC Academy: If you're interested in joining MKDC, the first step is to enroll in MKDC Academy. Here, you’ll learn the basics of K-Pop dance, develop your skills, and get a feel for what being part of our team is all about. We’ll help you build a strong foundation in the essential techniques that are key to K-Pop choreography.
Show Us What You’ve Got: Throughout your time at the Academy, we’ll be paying attention to your progress and commitment. We value hard work and a willingness to improve. Our instructors and team leaders will carefully observe your progress.
Private Audition and Recruitment: Based on your potential and strong work ethic, you may be invited to a private audition. If successful, you'll join MKDC as a full-fledged member. Recruitment is based on talent, attitude, and alignment with MKDC's values.

Dance skills are important, but what really matters to us is your work ethic. We love people who show up, work hard, and are always looking to grow. We’re looking for team players who can connect with the audience and are serious about improving, both as dancers and as members of MKDC.
